Error: Can't locate Mail/SpamAssassin/CompiledRegexps/body 0.pm

If you get: 

error: Can't locate Mail/SpamAssassin/CompiledRegexps/body_0.pm

When restarting spamassassin you need to run sa-compile

While you are at it, you can also run sa-update -D to make sure you have the latest spamassassin rules.
